The Superpower of Mindfulness


You can't always change the world around you, but you can change your body's and your mind's reaction to things that happen. This workshop offers an introduction to being mindful and learning ways to shift your internal reactions to the outside world. You will practice basic meditation skills, become aware of your own body’s dashboards, and redirect your thoughts to become more focused and less stressed. Effects are felt instantly as the mind quiets, the blood pressure lowers, and thoughts become clear.
